The Cascades at Soldier Hollow Home Owners' Association is a Utah nonprofit corporation designed to govern and manage the property within the Cascades at Soldier Hollow Subdivision. All 85 lot owners within the Cascades are members of the HOA and the owners and property within the Cascades are governed by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
The Board of Trustees are elected at our annual meeting on the 4th Tuesday in June. The following people are currently serving on the board and they meet together at least quarterly:
Design Review Committee (DRC)
The DRC meets regularly and is responsible for approving all home designs, colors, and landscape plans. Their role is described in the Architectural Design Guidelines. All documents are to be submitted in PDF format via email to Sheryl Hendrickson (hendricksonsixfam@gmail.com) Your submittals will be evaluated for proper setbacks, elevation, drainage, etc. by architectural and construction professionals while the European Genre authenticity, aesthetics, materials and colors will be reviewed by the Design Review Committee listed below:
